The crescent-shaped brick turns your EGG into a bakery or pizza oven, ideal for making bread, desserts and other pastries.
The stone reflects the heat from your Egg and allows you to cook indirectly on one half of the cooking grate, while the other half of the grate remains available for roasting meat or vegetables. The crescent convEGGtor gives the user the option to create direct indirect, dual zone and elevated cooking configurations. The half bricks have a beveled edge, so if two are placed against each other there is no room for a direct flame.
